Soft Washing
This method allows us to clean your exterior surfaces, with minimal to no pressure, and allows for a more thorough and proper clean. At the time of service, two or more owners and/or team members will arrive, and equipment will be set up. The cleaning will consist of wetting down the area to be cleaned and the areas around before applying our sanitizing solution. Sanitizing solution will be applied and then we wait… this waiting period allows the solution to go to work, killing the algae growth, loosening the dirt and debris, and cleaning. After a few minutes of waiting, the area is ready to be rinsed. That is all there is to it, if there are any concerns prior or after, that weren’t pointed out during the time of estimate, a team member will inform you at that time. When the cleaning has been completed, the team members will pack up, and do a final walk around with you to see if you have any concerns at that time.
