What to Expect during pressure washing

Pressure Washing

At the time of service, both owners and/or team members will arrive, and equipment will be set up. The cleaning will consist of wetting down the area to be cleaned and the areas around before applying our sanitizing solution if needed. Sanitizing solution will be applied if needed, and then we wait… this waiting period allows the solution to go to work, killing the algae growth, loosening the dirt and debris, and cleaning. After a few minutes of waiting, the area is ready to be washed. If there is no need for sanitizing solution we will skip that step.  Depending on the surface/surfaces being cleaned, we use either a pressure washer wand and proper tips, or we use a surface cleaner to clean with. That is all there is to it, if there are any concerns prior or after, that weren’t pointed out during the time of estimate, a team member will inform you at that time. When the cleaning has been completed, the team members will pack up, and do a final walk around with you to see if you have any concerns at that time.
