Dryer Vents run a serious risk of Fires, due to potential clogs, and birds nests that can be formed in the vent itself. These clogs can and will cause your dryer not to perform at its peak performance, and can also run the risk of moisture buildup due to no air flow. While most people think a dryer vent is a straight shot, in most cases they make twists and turns, and run long distances. Some go up through the roof while some go right outside, and others run under the house and to the other side.
Lint brushes that attach to a drill, can cause more harm than good, they can become disconnected, breaking off and causing further clogs, or they can jam a clog into an even bigger clog.
What to Expect during the dryer vent cleaning
Many think Pressure Washing is the option to clean siding, decks, fences, and such. This is NOT True! In fact, it is HIGHLY Recommended that you do NOT use pressure on these surfaces.
We use a fairly new method, called Soft Washing… Soft Washing is a revolutionary new method that is being utilized more and more. This method uses minimal water pressure, as well as a sanitizing solution to clean surfaces of algae growth, dirt, and organic growth. This method is a much safer and more effective method of cleaning, by allowing our team to clean, with no ladders needed, and no pressure to risk damage to your surfaces.
Pressure Washing is the method of Cleaning everyone is currently used to. Pressure Washing is the use of high-pressure water spray, used to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings, vehicles and concrete surfaces. Pressure Washers are very dangerous if you aren’t familiar with how to use them, and even if someone is familiar, they can create a lot of irreversible damage if not used correctly.
Gutters are those easily-forgotten trenches that hang off the edge of your roof. They protect your roof, walls and foundation from excess rainwater. When they get clogged with leaves, sticks and other wind-blown debris, they can no longer direct water away from your walls and foundation, and may become homes for pests and insects. They also become heavy enough to pull away from the house, preventing proper rainwater drainage and spoiling the appearance of your home. We recommend inspecting and cleaning your gutters at least twice a year, in spring and fall, as part of your regular maintenance around the home. Some homes do require the gutters to be cleaned more often, and this can be determined upon inspection and cleaning.
Just as it sounds, snow removal. Currently we do only offer residential, and use a snow thrower and shovels to remove the snow from driveways and sidewalks.
Were pretty good at these things as well
