As we’ve said before, no home is the same, so we prefer to do in home estimates, in order to give you a fair and reasonable price while making sure there are no hidden factors that may prevent a cleaning. While we do base on number of vents or square foot, we also take into account a number of other things as well.
There are many factors that go into pricing Soft Washing or Pressure Washing. An estimate needs to be set up in order to get a visual inspection of the surface/surfaces needing cleaned.
Dryer Vent Cleaning is usually a set fee. Some factors may cause it to raise, to be determined upon inspection.
Gutter Cleaning is usually a set cost. Some factors may cause it to raise, to be determined upon inspection.
Estimates are $50.00, and are refunded on the total if you schedule with us. In other words… The estimate is FREE, because you won’t want to schedule with anyone else!
